In order to provide better services based on appropriate use and protect customers' personal data, the hotel shall established the following measures for the protection of personal data within the policy.

1.Personal Data Protection Policy

We will take the appropriate measures to prevent loss, leakage, diversion, falsification, unauthorized access with the use of personal data collected and store it safely under strict control, and comply with the Act on the protection of personal data and other laws and regulations regarding personal data.

Personal Data including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, gender and other information essential for transactions and services. However, when personal information such as device information, log information, cookies, anonymous IDs, location information is statistically processed, it is not considered personal data because it is not content that can identify individual customers.

個人情報のお取り扱いについて

YUMIHA OKINAWA（以下「当ホテル」といいます）および当ホテルの関連会社では、お客様（お取引様を含みます）からお預かりする個人情報を保護し、慎重に取り扱わせていただくことが社会的責任であると考えております。また、適切な利用に基づきよりよいサービスを提供させていただくために、以下の方針を制定して推進してまいります。

1.個人情報保護方針

当ホテルでは、個人情報の紛失、漏洩、流用、改ざん、不正アクセス等の防止に精鋭努力いたします。また、個人情報の保護に関する法律と関連法令を遵守いたします。

2.個人情報について

個人情報とは、お客様の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、生年月日、性別、その他お取引やサービスの提供に必要不可欠な情報を含みます。但し、端末情報、ログ情報、Cookie・匿名ID、位置情報など、個人情報を統計的に処理する情報の場合は、個々のお客様を識別できる内容ではないため、個人情報の範囲とは見なしません。

お客様からお預かりした個人情報の一部は、当社のサービスの質を向上させ、お客様への便宜を図るために、取扱いの一部を外部業者に業務委託することがありますが、この場合も業務委託先に対して適切な管理を行なうよう指示・監督を行います。

4.個人情報の保証および責任制限

当ホテルは、お客様の個人情報を本人の同意なしに業務委託先以外の第三者に開示することはありません。ただし、法令により開示を求められた場合は、本人の同意なく個人情報を開示することがあります。また、本サイトからリンクされた、当サイト以外のウェブサイトの内容やプライバシー保護に関しては、当ホテルは一切の責任を負いません。
